Thom and James Elliott are truly the ‘founder brand culture brother nucleus’ of this Neapolitan pizza brand which is a crust above the rest. I was enlisted to help provide the ultimate launch plan programme, which we successfully tested at Shoreditch and Canary Wharf. I also helped them engage with a new website agency, nudged them into doing emails and worked with the most amazing PR agency ‘Gemma Bell’. The best memory is of their ‘Chocolate Calzone’ which created a media storm and broke all the rules. Yum.
