YO! Sushi

Simon Woodroffe’s epiphany in Japan, to ‘open a conveyor belt Sushi bar in Soho’ definitely changed the British food and beverage world! Robin Rowland OBE had just taken over from Simon in running YO! and wanted someone who was a ‘grown-up, could take the brand from £2m to £50m brand worth and be fun to work with’.  It was an honour to collaborate with the board, Primary Capital PE and hospitality superstar team Zoe Tindall, Gary Thomas, Neil Oates, Alison Vickers and Werner Coetzee.
